The costume and dance dress portion of dancefc.com is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Submitting Costumes and Dresses
Any items you wish to have displayed on dancefc.com must be submitted as follows:
- Images:
- Up to 4 pictures!
You may put up to 4 different pictures on the website to show off your costumes.
- Height and Width:
Images may not exceed 600px in height or width. You may submit a smaller size if you like, but 600px will give your customers a good idea of what they are purchasing.
- Thumbnail Image:
You must submit a thumbnail image of the dress or costume that is exactly 100px tall by 75px wide. This thumbnail will be your featured photograph on the dresses for sale page.
- Naming Standardization:
Please name your files in the following format:
your intials _ dress name _ view.jpg
ex: br_blackWaltz_front.jpg
ex: br_greenLatin_back.jpg
All file names MUST BE lowercase or CamelCase with NO SPACES.
- Price:
Please notify us of the price.
- Negotiability:
Please notify us as to whether or not your price is negotiable.
- Contact Name:
Please provide us with a name for your costumes. It can be a nickname, but we do like to provide a name for any dress or costume inquiries.
- Contact Email: (optional if phone is provided)
Your email address will be used only for others to contact you about your dress. We do not resell or redestribute email addresses.
- Contact Phone: (optional if email is provided)
Your phone number (including area code) will be used only for others to contact you about your dress.
- Description:
In your description, please include all additional pieces that come with your costume. Please be sure to include any noteworthy items, dress history, etc. Also, if you must ship the dress, be sure to specify whether or not shipping cost is included in the price.
